Meet Your Culinary Guides…

Allison Vezeau
Allison’s culinary adventure began some 20 years ago while stumbling around Dean & DeLuca in New York City trying to decipher the lunch list from her office.

From New York to the Midwest, Europe and Latin America, Allison continued to explore the world of food and in-home entertaining. She is a graduate of the Professional Chef Program at Laguna Culinary Arts, holds an Intermediate Level 2 certification in Wine and Spirits and has studied at cooking schools all over the world and with a variety of chefs including Guliano Bugialli, Emeril Lagasse and Nick Malgieri.

Allison is now focused on teaching and is excited to share the joy and fun of great food, great wine and great parties.

Bob Vezeau
Bob’s interest in the diverse world of fine wines has driven his studies of the subject over the past 20+ years. An avid collector as well as student and teacher of the subject, Bob has taken courses on the various aspects of wine appreciation in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. He holds both intermediate and advanced certificates from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Bob looks forward to sharing the wonderful world of wine with you.
